The Heart of Science: Hypotheses
Hypotheses stand in the heart and core of the scientific method
Hypotheses are ideas and concepts
- deducted from observations
- that can be disproved!
A “hypothesis” that is phrased so vague that it cannot be disproved is not a valid hypothesis
- “somewhere in the ocean there are mermaids” is not valid!
Hypotheses are tested and challenged repeatedly and compared to the outcome of scientific experiments and observations. They stand as long as they are not disproved but supported by observations.
Are there scientific observations that confirm Evolution?
